This book has recently been published by the Canadian Association for Thoracic Surgery. The authrs pioneered the development of Thoracic Surgery in the World. Many advanced techniques used today in daily practice were designed and developed by the authors. The book is highly recommended for all of us since we are indebted to these masters in Surgery.
