Resident in Thoracic Surgery at Salamanca University Hospital from 2010 to May 2015. She received additional training in oesophageal surgery in Marseille  with Prof. P. Thomas (2012) and  in lung trasplant with Prof. W. Klepetko (Vienna, 2014). She was awarded with the ESTS’ Young Investigator Award in 2013.

Permanent position as Thoracic surgeon at Salamanca from 2017 and Associate Professor of Thoracic Surgery starting January 2018.
